Vincent Rapide 1950

1950 Vincent Rapide 1000cc. Entire history known I'm only the 4th owner from new. Original reg still on V5c with DVLA. Kent bike. Supplied new by Conways in 1950. Buff logbook. Fully matching numbers incl crankcases etc. 1991 Certificate of authenticity from VOC. Numbers inspected by Simon Dinsdale, VOC registrar, via email last year and verified as original. Very good but not restored condition. New stainless spokes, stainless original pattern fasteners throughout. New tyres, bearings, brakes relined, new front carb, tank professionally resprayed. Upgrades include Grosset electric starter, Dave Hills centrestand, dvr2 12 volt regulator. New battery, Shadow front brakes from new, new chain, sprockets, handlebars, just fully serviced, new oils and filter etc, done around 1000 miles this year and is a perfect daily rider. Good chrome.
