TR5 Trophy 1951 Matching numbers.
This is the rare round alloy barrel engine with matching factory numbers and dating certificate from Triumph Owners club showing that it was shipped to USA in July 1951 to Johnson Motors California now V5 registered on age related UK plate.
Just finished complete restoration after 10 months refurbish with black powder coated frame and cycle parts, and silver petrol tank and silver lined ally mudguards. New wheels with silver rim centres lined in midnight blue c/ w stainless spokes and new road tyres. Mark 1 sprung hub.
Refurbished guaranteed BTH Magneto and dynamo and speedometer. One year guaranteed. Solid state regulator and gel batteries. New cloth wiring loom. Engine and gearbox rebuilt . New exhausts and silencer. New 276 Amal carb.
New standard lined barrels with new 7.5-1 pistons. Crank rebuilt with clean sludge trap and new main bearings.
Runs well with good brakes . 30 miles on the clock needs running in.
