Triton T140 750cc 1959

Triton T140 750cc 1971. Built to a high standard with Norton wide-line featherbed frame and  1971 Triumph T140 750cc twin engine. Registered 1971 as a Triton so MOT and Tax exempt.  

It did feature in BSH (Back Street Heroes) in March 1996 after a 13 year rebuild by its then owner, it was green and had a different tail unit ….. readers rides….. we have the magazine feature.

The bike was again completely rebuilt in 2012, which included pistons, gaskets, seals, a crank regrind, new mains….. pretty much everything was stripped and rebuilt, and then it was garaged, it has done a total of just over 400 miles since the rebuild, I have the clocks to prove mileage. 

It starts, runs, stops as it should with new tyres. As you can see it has been converted to a mono shock, this had been done when featured in BSH and has more than stood the test of time, we do have a standard swing arm and shocks included in the sale should you wish to revert to standard. Over all a very usable high spec Triton.
