Velocette Thruxton 1966

Velocette Thruxton 1966 500cc. Looking Beautiful having been fully restored to a very high standard with 258 miles on the clock. Rare in British racing Green colour scheme. Green was an original colour scheme with only 4% been made in this colour. The frame, engine and gearbox are all correct and original as they left the factory as confirmed by the factory records which state the bike was dispatched from the factory on the 20th of October 1966 to Thames Ditton.

With many other original parts such as the rare GP carb, Thruxton tank, vented front brake, Dunlop rims front and back, clip ons etc... Also fitted with electronic ignition which makes it easier to start. This has to be one of the best examples on the market and in our opinion one of the best looking British bikes ever made!
